Do you think that it is fair for people to be detained without a trail? Is that in the constitution? How can people as young as 13 be detained? If they are suspects in dealing with terrorism don't they have a right to a lawyer and a trail etc...The U.S doesn't even have proof that they are terrorists, so are all these so called terrorists detained if they are ASSUMED to be involved? Are they actually chosen because of their nationality and religion? Imagine you were detained without trail and because you seem to be a terrorist i.e your race and religion? Why isn't anyone putting a stop to this outrage?
Isn't this inhumane????

My son, studying in Class-3, raised this question that :

When the earth is round in shape like a ball, rotating and having gravity to pull down any object only ONTO it (but not from its surface), in that case, how can the man / object not fall down while on motion as anything (object) is placed on a real play-ball and the ball is slowly rotated by hand, that object will definitely fall down from the ball onto earth. Similarly, when the man himself is standing on the rotating earth which is also like a ball, how can the man or any object not fall from it?

Can you please answer this? However, my earlier question was of the similar type. But, I may be provided a comparison type of answer from 'Man on the Earth' to 'Object on a Play-Ball'.

well I just went to my vets today for my cats neutering.. he also asked me if i needed to declaw him. I said i would think about it. I know it would obviously not make him scratch stuff anymore. I also just bought a new sofa (being delievered in a few weeks) so i dont want him to start scratching that....I got a scratching post but he doesnt use it.. he used the side of doorways... is it mean to declaw cats? I heard it affects there perasonltiy? help!

My father gave me a plant before he moved and I don't remember the name of it to find out how to take care of it. It almost looks like a cactus but he said it wasn't. It blooms out like a rose but the leaves are green and stiff like a cactus and they have a little barb at the end of each leaf. If you don't know what kind it is can you please direct me to a site that can help?
