Tie them up naked and in a kneeling position and leave them in a cage with three horny German Shepherds and one Mastiff..

I think I'm one of those people. Being cruel to animals is as bad as abusing a child. Pets trust us and give unconditional love...abusing an innocent animal is inexcusable. Anyone capable of committing such a horrific act is just testing their limits and over time the cruelty will escalate. Get a rush off of abusing an animal? Torturing a person can only be better.
Jeffery Dahmer, Ted Bundy and others started their killing careers this very way.

legally they can be arrested and face a fine and or jail time...i , if i were the judge, sentence them to be in a animal cage, and to be treated exactly like they treated the animal , for five days and 1000 hours community service and $1000. fine ...the second offense i would give them 5 years in the state prison and then they might learn their lesson....

my cat had domestos shoved down his throat and it was awful i rang the police and told them i had witinesses to the act they told me to ring the rspca i did that and they said they couldnt do anything having laws in place r fine but there are to many loop holes . i went to where they lived poured petrol over their only exit door and left a box of matches they left 1 week later. we need judges to enforce

Fine is fine. A really great amount will prevent them to do cruelty thing to animals.

I think they should have fish hooks stuck under their finger nails. have unbreakable steel wire tied to those, then have the guy pushed off a 4 story building.

i think they should be treated like they do the animals. i hate that ****. i think if people get animals that they should treat them like part of the family and if not they should not get them
