Why do you have to ask him out? Doesn't the guy as the girl out, but I know it is diff now, I am from the older generation. Still, if the guy likes you he will make a move on you, otherwise, you are just spinning your wheels, since he HAS A GIRLFRIEND. Go get someone else, until he is over the present one. If you flirt with him, he will get the picture, and he will come after you if he is interested.
