Really not happy with current health insurance choices trying to find someone in system i can tolerate

I've been to about every website on the internet researching. A lot of the websites offer the same advice about avoiding red meat, animal fats, and drinking lots of water. Some of the sites differ on whether you can eat nuts, cranberries, tomatoes, and canned foods. I was recently diagnosed and I'm not thrilled with the thoughts of taking medications for the rest of my life. I'm an RN and know probably too much about the side effects and complications of some of these medicines. Thank you!!

My girlfriend is creeped out by my "frog fingers". She says she needs to push the skin back on my fingernails about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch.

Visibly, only half my fingernail is exposed, but i can see the other halfs shape which is almost to the knuckle. I can see no cuticle.

I am afriaid it will be painful as i have never groomed my fingers liek that. Is this dangerous to allow it to keep growing?

At most the fingers itch there slightly.

twice it so happened ..that I bit into those cheesy top snack ( hot) and the cheese got stuck to the roof of my mouth, leaving a red painful patch.. very much like what happens if you touch some hot molten plastic.... some one from food industy can tell me, what stuff exactly do they use, instead of original cheese??? AT home even if the cheese id hot it never burns ur mouth..
