* I think 3 is 7 to 2: 2 to 7...
and on 4 it is a dominant trait because it shows... So I mostly need help in 1 and 2...

I was working on my computer and the wireless connection available ballon popped up. I thought it very strange and opened a browser and the google page popped up. I opened yahoo finance and another favorite. The signal strength was 11 mbs. I showed the stewardess and she said I wasnt allowed to have two way communications but was also amazed. I asked her if she could find out what city we were over, wondering if it mit be a city wide wifi. The pilot said we were probably over Mobile AL and that there was no charge for the internet access. (joke). But the most amazing thing was that I stayed connected until our descent to Tampa when I had to stow the computer. If I did ip config from the command prompt, is that the hosting IP? Thats not the primary question. It is how was I connected for over 40 minutes??

For example, on October 12, 2006, "Throwback" Thursday, Rap City and the host, Q45, aired Young Jeezy "Sole Survivor." This is NOT a throwback video/song. When I think of a throwback, I'm thinkin 2Pac "Holla If Ya Hear Me", GangStarr "Mass Appeal", or some Pete Rock & CL Smooth "When They Reminisce Over You", you know what I mean? A throwback has to be at LEAST 10 years old. You don't rock a LeBron Cavaliers jersey and say that's a throwback. What's happenin? Have we forgotten the individuals who brought us REAL hip-hop and rap? Has Rap City forgotten this? As our LAST show that is supposedly bringing us nothing but hip-hop and rap, yet airing "throwback" videos of Young Jeezy, nothing against Jeezy, but in the words of the late great, "What's Going On?"

I have been doing cardio 5 times a week for 30 min to an hour followed by using the weight machines 4 times a week. I do 3 sets of 8-10 for 45 minutes per session. I just started going to the gym 2 weeks ago. I have gained 20 lbs within the past year and I am ready to tone up and get rid of the baby flab on my stomach and back rolls. I eat pretty heathy now. Usually fresh fruit and yogart for breakfast, salad and can tuna or chicken for lunch, and lots of veggies and grilled lean meat for dinner. My weakness beer on the weekends not really looking to give that up yet, my way of unwinding from a week of working hard, taking care of my family responsibilities, and busting my *** at the gym. I am 128lbs and slowly reaching 30....
