I need a serial number for EQ (Electric Quilt) software.?

I am trying to re-install my EQ software. I no longer have the serial number. Does anybody know where I can get one or what the format is for the serial number?

Do you still have the orange Getting Started book? If so, it's on the back cover, on a sticker. It should be 10 digits long. If yours only shows seven digits, add 501 to the beginning (this is according to their website). If you don't have that, but you registered the product when you first got it, you can try contacting Electric Quilt for help. They might have it on file.
