I have been doing cardio 5 times a week for 30 min to an hour followed by using the weight machines 4 times a week. I do 3 sets of 8-10 for 45 minutes per session. I just started going to the gym 2 weeks ago. I have gained 20 lbs within the past year and I am ready to tone up and get rid of the baby flab on my stomach and back rolls. I eat pretty heathy now. Usually fresh fruit and yogart for breakfast, salad and can tuna or chicken for lunch, and lots of veggies and grilled lean meat for dinner. My weakness beer on the weekends not really looking to give that up yet, my way of unwinding from a week of working hard, taking care of my family responsibilities, and busting my *** at the gym. I am 128lbs and slowly reaching 30....

Yes it is. Do NOT increase your food intake but DO increase your activity!

development muscle is going to grant help to lose the fat, so i could never hesitate to workout. dropping fat and gaining muscle bypass hand in hand. And, once you're a woman, it takes a exceptional form of attempt to start up finding 'cumbersome' in case you carry a lighter quantity of weight and do greater repetitions rather.
