Can hypnotherapy instantly relax ones tense mind, get rid of anxiety, fear or depression? If yes then how soon...or in how many sessions or in single session? If yes then why people with such ailments dont first resort to this before medications and anti depressions or mood elevators?

The thinking right now is that a temperal shift in the space/time continuum caused by the Tigers upset of the Yankees in the playoffs altered the very fabric of the Universe to the point that Cory Lidle mistakingly believed that the building he crashed into was instead a time-traveling cyborg from the 24th century hell-bent on destroying the Earth.

I know that many of you (in violation of the rules of grammar) lay on the beach instead of lying on it as the English language indicates you should. I may LIE down on my sofa, but I always LAY a book down. These are only two examples, but many more could be given. Poor English usage has become so prevalent in America that people who use correct English are often thought to be the ones in error.

I have an idea for a movie and want to write a script. I've never written a script before, but I know there are script formatting software programs out there. Should I take a short class on screenwriting (there is one coming up that is just 5 sessions) or just read info that's out there? I want more than just how to format it...but ideas on dialogue, detail, character development, etc.
