I was allegedly clocked at 41 with a laser and will admit that I could've been doing 35 (which is within legal guidelines) and I would swear on a stack of bibles that I wasn't doing more than that. Do I have an recourse apart from court action (which means I'll end up with higher fine/points) ?????

I asked this question yesterday but no-one seemed to get what I meant. I go to university from 9 -6. I live in australia and it is 35 C and very hot. I probably put deoderant on three tiems during the day but I did it during class yesterday because I was 1/4 way through a two hour tutorial, the stupid buildings air conditioning is centralized so you can't change it and it is very hot. Everyone in there was sweating and I thought I needed to put some on. I can't just walk out of the room randomly and walk back in again. I am a very clean person and was comparing this something like a girl fixing her makeup in front of people. Is this acceptable considering the circumstances, if I can do it with no one around, I try to but I'd rather smell nice and look innapropriate then sit there sweating like everyone else

I am a "die-hard" Yankees fan, and I'd just like to tell the Yahoo! world that Cory Lidle shall rest in peace. Cory Lidle was only with us (NYY) for a while, but he was one of the best with us. He will always be remembered.

And I have just put in 5 of my points to "ask this." But I will because I believe that this has to be heard.

I'm thinking about getting a tattoo after I get into college. It's going to be a religious symbol because I know God is something I will never regret. My main question is where to get it. I don't want to get it in a place where it's going to stretch with weight gain or something like that. I was thinking of on or near my hip bone. That way I can hide it with jeans. My sister is griping and complaining about this incident today in which I went to work and left the chainsaw gassed up and ready to go for my nephew to come over (he lives down the street) and cut up a tree that had fallen in the backyard. We agreed that I would give him 10 dollars for this. He's a nice kid I and plays baseball so he has good hand eye coordination. Besides, a month ago, he said he liked my chainsaw and asked me if he could play with it. I showed him how to crank it up and handed it to him and he was just having a blast. Well, anyways now my sister (his mom) calls me up this afternoon after he told her he was using the chainsaw and got some woodchips in his eye. Hey that isn't my fault - i left the safety goggles for him, but you know kids - they think they are invincible. Anyways, the kids okay now and he learned a valuable lesson to use safety goggles. Now my sister says he isn't allowed at my house for a long time. I just feel so wronged here.

I have a grid view control on my form and I have another class with a method that returns a Dataset.

How do I get the grid to display the Dataset?

I keep reading about a SetDataBinding method, is this still available in VB 2005 cause I get an error that its not part of the DataGrid Control and it doesnt show up on the drop down list.

When I asked my doctor he was clueless. What I would like is a genetic profile. I know that they are out there and that they would be able to look at certain markers in my dna to see if cancer, or heart problems can crop up.
