hello everybody. the last week or so, almost every morning ive been waking up feeling very nervous, but by the end of the day i feel relaxed and calm.
i think i'm worrying about job. i've been out of work for about a year now. i left my last job after about 5 months because it made me feel very overwhelmed (i didnt understand the work at all) and stressed. Not too mention my big boss was cocky, unfriendly, and not understanding at all. i couldn't stand it anymore there...it was making me feel sick, so i gave my notice and quit.
now i think im worrying because im afraid i may have a similar situation in a new job that i find. im scared i wont like it or feel dumb because i do not understand the job duties. i put alot of pressure on myself to succeed.
the last 2 months ive been seriously applying to jobs and have gotten no results. i guess im scared of getting a job. what should i do and how can i feel less scared in the mornings? thanks!!
