AH! i have to go to a birthday party for my friend in a couple hours and i dont have a present for her.....what should i do? (she is turning 14) she just told me about this party thing yesterday and i dont have enough time to go out and get a present. any ideas?

I have a serious problem......I ended up having a relationship with my best friend while she was with this girl. They have since broken up and I have become very good friends with her ex-girlfriend. I feel bad for betraying the ex-girlfriend like I did because we were supposed to be good friends, but I know that she will never forgive me if I tell her what happened. I am seriously starting to have feelings for her, but I am so confused. I am afraid that I might be using her to get back at my best friend. Help, please.

(I already know that I am a jerk so there is no need to tell me about it.)

i really need to find a picture of a very famous painting, i just cant remember what it is called. It is of a old man sitting by a window with a bottle in his hand, sure there is not many of them about. Thats all the info i have really (apart from it is very good).

My friend invited me to go out with her and 2 guys last night. It wasn't a double-date cuz my friend already has a bf, it was just a casual get together - she met these guys at a party and we were just hanging out, & watching a movie at the theatres. Neways, I think one of the guys like me, cuz he started to cuddle me in the car when I said I was cold, and he even offered me his jacket. At the end of the night he even asked for my number and I gave it to him. Do you think he likes me?

Also, if he really does like me when should I expect a call from him? He asked for my number yesterday, by the way. But the thing is, that it's long-weekend now, cuz of Thanksgiving, so I doubt that he would call today or tomorrow, but when should I expect a call from him if he likes me?

Also, he was a birthday party a week from now, so if he just invites me to his b-day and not a date before his party what does that mean?

i personally think the part where he takes his his son to school reading to him at nite ( the same book he has when he was young) everything he does with his son the way his mom brought him up... that was really touching.

I found a piece of paper with plug-n-butt.com on it, yes i went imeditlly to the computor and visitied the site after scrooling through the pictures BINGO! their She is with a plug the size of a baseball bat in her rearend! after about a week i concocked this story of how a co-worker told me that he had seen her on this perticular site, She never denied it! She proceeded to tell me that long before we met she had posted the picture to earn some extra cash, so again i am in shock or still in shock i dont really know, well about three monthes later i am driving down the road and it hits me that in the photo She was wearing a pair of heals that i had bought her to wear to a company dinner party that my office was throwing, so i go back to the web site look at the picture again and sure enough their She is with the bat in here butt and the shoes that i purchsed, and two new postings one of them She is wearing earrings that i bought her! Do i approach her about this one more time?

Its a mixture of some images being displayed while others are just a lilttle red cross. Cant see anything that invites me to download images. On some web pages there are mixtures of pictures and 'red crosses'. I assume it must be a setting in Internet Explorer.. can anyone advise what I need to change?
