I've grown such a belly that people think I am pregnant, it embarrases me a lot! It looks worse, because I am very thin, the only fat part of my body is my belly! I need advice on how to lose this fat, pronto! I can't even wear tight shirts anymore. The thing is my schedule is so full, I'm so busy, I have no time to go to a gym.
I started doing abs, but people told me, if I did, the fat would get hard and I would never be able to get rid of those lovehandles. So I stopped, because they told me I needed to burn the fat first, before I did any abs...! Is this true???
I don't want to take diet pills, and I hope no harsh diets. The problem is I have a very sweet tooth, and love junk food and I drink lots of soda!

I am not sure, but what they told was either fat got hard, or the muscles (by doing abs) would trap the fat and preventing it from dissapearing
Is it bad if I consume less calories than the amount I use?
