I know what's going to happen, I've had a baby before I'm just so nervous because I was pregnant about 3 months ago and had a miscarriage. I'm afraid that when I go today they're going to tell me that I'm having another miscarriage. I'm just really nervous that I actually feel sick to my stomach which I have'nt felt sick this entire pregnancy so far. Do you think it's normal for me to feel this way? And what can I do to calm myself down?

I think it's absolutely understandable to be nervous. Just try and calm down. Have a tea (decaf!). Always settles my tummy. Otherwise I know you won't calm down until you get to the doc's and hear that heartbeat...
Miscarriage is huge, and your feelings are valid.
Get someone to go with you as well. They may be able to take your mind off it a little bit.
Good Luck!

Everything is going to be fine. This time you are meant to have this baby. Take a deep breath and think pink or blue and dream about baby names etc. oh and smile....you are assisting God in a miracle.

This won't help with what you're worried about but when I go for that check up, I always bring my own robe and a small blanket. Makes me feel more secure.

ALL OF OUR HELP COMES FROM GOD. PRAY FOR STRENGTH AND WALK INTO THAT DOCTOR WITH YOUR HEAD UP HIGH. YOU WILL BE FINE. GET PLENTY OF REST AND THAT WILL RELIEVE A LOT OF YOUR NERVOUSNESS.
