I think that TORBAY HOSPITAL is fantastic. anyone agree?

It is in Torquay, a sea-side town in Devon in the south west of England. The town is known as the Riviera of England due to warm climate and the palm trees growing along the promenade. The hospital is in an area known as Tor bay. Apart from this how can any hospital be "fantastic"? Hospital is the last place I want to be, "fantastic" or not!
