someone told me it was the harmonic balancer--or is it the clutch pulley? where is the best place to find this pulley? i've had trouble finding alot of the parts for this car. also with the puley broke , what is the easiest way to remove the nut if i dont have an impact wrench.? (that could have been some points individually) i just need to get it fixed. i think because the car car has it set up different from what i've seen only a few times. should i go ahead and replace the timing belt ? is that just adding to problems or can it be done since im replacing the pulley? i'd apreciate any help at all.

I studied at medical school, worked part itme as a waiter, sales boy,travel agent and tutor . then i woeked as doctor for some time, later i worked for few years as a marketing consultant for a big pharma company and with an event management company.
I have very good organisational , creative ,analytical skills with very good ability to communicate with anybody and everybody.
Healthcare and related fields do not excite me as they do not give me an opprtunity to use my skills completely.
I need a career change... what should i take up and how.......?
event management/business/something else?
Is there anybody whom i should approach ?

Please help me with this problem. My husband is in the middle east for quite some time now (work). He will be back only after 6-7 months(annual leave).

My brother in law is living with us. He is 14 and was like a brother to me. But lately I feel he is trying to discreetly make physical contact and touch me. He repeatedly brushes against my backside in the corridor and snuggles close to me watching TV & touches my breas*t/stomach. Touching my pallu/stomach casually, watching me when I apply oil to my body/hair or wash clothes etc is becoming a problem. When no one else is at home, he walks around in front of me in his undergarments.

How do i control him? Please advise.

I have tried speaking to his mom and sister in law (they simply says "he is a guy - he will grow up in time"). When i try to speak to my bro in law, he denies everything.

I have absolutely no idea why I was terminated. Everything was going well. I had just finished up two large projects, both on tight schedules, and everyone was pleased with my work. I got along well with all my colleagues, and never had any complaints from clients. I was completely blindsided by the termination.

I was with this employer for 6 months as a temp, then 1 year as a permanent employee. When it was time for my performance evaluation, all the comments were good, but all the scores were marked as low. My boss offered to give me a good reference. It just doesn't add up.

So now I need to look for work, but how do I explain why I left my previous employment when I, myself, have no idea?

Ok here is my issue and you can all can judge.Yes I am bitter, yes I have issues with the dumb Fksss that are SOOO slow and stupid that they should be taken out of the food chain except for the fact they can drink and driving they can take out a dolphin. Yea I know I said they are driving but again, my question, so they ran a dolphin over and there they are dead dolphin in the road and them. But why can't they see the BIG picture? Help me please. Justify thier exsiestence.

I ask this in all seriousness. I am not flaming anyone in this post, nor is it my intent to upset anyone (This time).

I would like to know your opinion on choices people make because of their faith.

I will give an example of what I am talking about.

A father and mother had a child who was very sick. I am not sure what religion they were, but their faith stopped them from taking this poor child to a doctor. Instead, they claimed that God loved them and would take care of their little girl. Needless to say, the girl died sometime later, I am not sure how long it took, but it was a while.

The parents were arrested for negligent homicide and they argued in court that they could not be prosecuted because they were following their religious beliefs.

An autopsy showed that the girl could have been saved had she seen a doctor, and that was the last I heard of it, never found out if they went to prison or not. Anyhow, do you think that faith allows for this kind of behavior and
