Definitely 4 Non Blondes "What's Up?".
I absolutely love that song, and it still sounds great even today. I learnt to play the song on guitar, and I seem to recall there only being 3 chords in the whole song!! Just goes to show that sometimes the most effective songs are the simplest!!
