are there any specific tips anyone could give to help get pregnant? my husband and i have been trying for 6 months with no luck. i really dont want to go to a specialist. if anyone could give some pointers, it would be appreciated.

I am 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant, last night after I got home from work I noticed some blood on my underwear. I got scared but didn't want to worry too much because I'd heard some spotting is normal during pregnancy. This morning the bleeding continued and I've been cramping really bad. Is this a sign of misscarage? Any info helps, thanx.

Is it a law that if a bowl is microwave safe then they would put it on there? The bowl I have does not say anything on the bottom. Should I just assume it is not microwave safe and not use it?
Also if anyone could think of a better place to ask this question please suggest. They don't have a catagory for dishes lol.
