Try drinking some Green Tea before ovulating, it is supposed to help make the cm more abundant, for the sperm to get to your tubes easier. And try a pillow under your hips. Try to do it when your most fertile. Pray if you can or want. That helps alot too.
You might even have both of your blood work done at a lab too.
Just to see if all the hormones are OK. Thats a big plus right there. Then if there not right you'll know where to go from there, cause it could be as simple as some hormone shots. Good Luck

Please dun be stress out Cos of wanting to be conceived.U need to find out when is your ovulation time so that u can get pregnant more easily.Monitor your body temp closely at a fix time daily. The best time is in the morning just after u have wake up.Ovulation will start when there is a drop of temp following by an increment of your body temp. This is the time when u can try. Please take note that ovulation only took place in one day so once u miss it u need to try it in another month.Another method is you can try it after the 7-10 day of your period.Good Luck n hope to hear good news from u soon :)

My husband and I have been trying for 4 months and I went for my yearly exam a few weeks ago and told my doc. He suggested using an ovulation predictor kit for 6 months....if we don't conceive in that time he wants me to call him and he will start running tests to see if there is an underlying issue.....and if we use the ovulation tests and they don't show when I am ovulating, he wanted me to call him sooner and we'll start testing then. (He wants to start testing earlier than a year due to our ages - we're in our early/mid 30's.)

Also, he said when I figure out when I am ovulating, to time it so that my husband is 'abstinent' 5 days prior to me ovulating so that his sperm can build up...he said a lot of people think if you have a lot of sex your chances of pregancy are higher, but in reality, it doesn't give your husband enough time to 're-load'....and then when we do have sex, to make sure it's not a 'quickie', meaning that I don't hop right up and go about my day....if you lay with your hips slightly elevated, it helps the little buggers get to their destination by means of gravity.......

That's all the tips I know! Good luck!!!!!!!!!!

There really are no tricks to getting pregnant. The only thing I can tell you is to stop thinking about getting pregnant. The more you think about having a baby the more stress you put on your body. Just enjoy each other and it will happen when the time is right. I used to hate it when people told me that, but it is true. The minute my husband and I stopped trying and just enjoyed each other we got pregnant.

Bailey, to get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

You need to know when is the time that you are most fertile. You can use ovulation predictor kits. I recommend reading "Taking Charge of Your Fertility." The website mentioned earlier, www.fertilityfriend.com, is great and provides you with a way to keep track of your cycle. Good luck!

The most effective is having sex while you are on bottom then after he ejaculates elevate your hips while you lie on your back for abour 20-30 minutes. It is supposed to help. The web site gives you more details and more ideas.

Go to www.babyhopes.com. They have all kinds of useful products including ovulation predictor tests. I'm hoping to have success with them myself. Also, Pre-Seed is very good for keeping your vaginal PH in the right place. I had success using it the first time I got pregnant. Now, that pregnancy didn't take but it did work. Best of luck to you. Baby dust all around...hoping you get your little one soon!

Take it one day at a time and remember that it's not just physical but mental also. You have to relax and let your body do the work. Stress doesn't help what so ever. Lots of Luck!

Timing is the most important thing. You need to determine when you ovulate by either using ovulation predictor kits or by charting your basal body temps (www.fertilityfriend.com).
