For allergies, see an allergist. You need to be tested to see what ones they are. This time of year, probably ragweed. When you can avoid an allergen, do so. I have no rugs or curtains in my house. It helps.
I get allergy shots weekly and I use clarinex. But you may need something different.
For stomach upset, Tums and an herbal tea with honey help. Hot liquids are best for stuffy noses and sore throats. Stick with tea and chicken soup when you feel really run down.

Ginger tea with lemon and honey might help the throat and stomach: That's what I fix for my husband when his stomach acts up. But what are you allergic to?
For the allergies, you will have to remove whatever you're allergic to from your environment. And see a doctor about treatments, if you can.
Good luck!

Some warm herbal tea will probably help all of those areas. Well, it won't make you stop sneezing, but it will probably help you not be so congested. Also, you should just take it easy for a little while, eat some mild foods like applesauce and chicken soup, and try not to yell or sing loudly. Hope you feel better.

Don't sleep with the window open. I did that last week and was so sick from the ragweed outside.
