How would I go about starting a collection and where would I send them to? I understand the zippers, metal attatchments and any buttons must be removed first.
My 22 yr old son has been out of work for almost a year due to illness and back surgery, now that he can go back to work slowly, part-time with no heavy lifting, no-one will hire him because his credit has gone in the hole because of the bills he's accumulated with no insurance. He needs a project to help someone else because his self-esteem is suffering badly because of not being allowed to work. This would be a perfect way to get out with people his own age at Colleges, and such collecting jeans for Habitat. He volunteered building for them when he was in high school a few years ago too. With me being disabled and him having to move back home, maybe this would be good for the both of us.
Have you got any information for us? I think they were doing at least one building in NY in the summer of 2006

My child was vaccinated with MMR and varicella vaccines 9 days ago. He goes to day care and there has been a reported case of chicken pox in a child that is in the same room as him at the school. I found out about the case yesterday. Today he is quickly developing a rash on his back and abdomen which could be chicken pox. So the question is - is this a reaction to the vaccine, or did he develop chicken pox naturally? He has also had diarrhea for the last 5 days. Otherwise he is acting well.

I'm a Registered Nurse and and every time my collegues call the doctor to report findings they say "sorry to bother you doctor but...so and so, ...and then they give the findings of the patient)...the night nurses do it more of course. I worked nights before and now i work days but i don't feel I should say "sorry to bother you" because they are on call!!! and they are doctors!!! they signed up for this. I"m a nurse who works there 12 hours shifts and when they call us during lunch break, no one ever says to me "sorry to bother you".

anyways, what do u think?
