Do you mean

3(sin(2x) + 2cos(x)^2) + 3(1 - sin(2x) + 2sin(x)) = 28

3((sin(2x) + 2cos(x)^2) + (1 - sin(2x) + 2sin(x)) = 28

sin(2x) + 2cos(x)^2 + 1 - sin(2x) + 2sin(x) = 7

(1 - 1)sin(2x) + 2cos(x)^2 + 1 + 2sin(x) = 7

2cos(x)^2 + 1 + 2sin(x) = 7

2(1 - sin(x)^2) + 1 + 2sin(x) = 7

2 - 2sin(x)^2 + 1 + 2sin(x) = 7

-2sin(x)^2 + 2sin(x) + 3 = 7

-2sin(x)^2 + 2sin(x) - 4 = 0

-2(sin(x)^2 - sin(x) + 2) = 0

sin(x)^2 - sin(x) + 2 = 0

if you do mean the above, then this problem will give you complex values.

You would have to satisfy BOTH

3^3 + 3^0 = 28

Where the first term equals 3 AND the second term equals 0.
