I have just returned from from a break in Bulgaria where we spent some time in a small town on the coast.

It was a pleasure to walk down the street and find kids entertaining themselves without swearing, smoking, drinking, or vandalising property. Indeed they were both polite and respectful to both their parents and strangers as well as funny and pleasent to talk to.

This contrasts to the day we got back when I returned to my home in Britian to find one kid booting a football against the side of my house damaging the outside wiring, and another throwing rocks against the garden gate for no reason.

I actually live in a fairly decent area as well so is this just the way British society is going?

I don't want to tar all Biritish kids with the same brush, but does this country have any future?

For the record I am 27 and not a boring old fogey.

We want these 2 children to have the best christmas possible and since they arent big enough to tell us what they want we are kinda clueless on what they best things to get that they would like the most.i have looked at alot of toy web sites and they are either way over priced, or i dont seee the children really plqaying with the objects....im not sure what to do...need help badly!!!!

I haven't been taking my bc pills for about a month because I missed some days and got off schedule. Last night my husband and I had sex, but he was under the impression I was taking my pills. We were both a little tipsy. Anyway, would it make sense for me to take two birth control pills this morning to reduce my chances of getting pregnant? I've been told that the morning after pill is basically a high dose of birth control.

4 or 5 days a week I exercise, If I ride my bike 4 miles once a week at a moderate pace, should I increase how far I ride every week, every other week, and how much. ( note I am NOT trying to lose weight, I just want to be fit and healthy.)
