Smoking or cultivating marijuana. Illegal, but a lot of people feel it shouldn't be.
Prostitution... a business deal between consenting adults.
Seat belt laws... people should be able to choose what to do with their own bodies.

In certain counties in Georgia, that have made it illegal for Jehovah's Witnesses to preach. Florida is trying to make it mandatory for all students to say the Pledge of Allegiance. In Canada, you can be arrested for publicly expressing an opinion opposing homosexuality.
