Today i went to the doc and he told me i have strained some muscle in my back and gave me anti--inflammotory tablets to take three time a day. If i still have pain by Thursday he wants me to go back to see him.
I took a tablet a few hours ago and most pain has gone and i have to take another soon. How will i know if i have a bad back still and it just feels good becasue of the painkillers/anti tablets are working? Should i try to go without and see what it feels like before thursday or just stay on them?

Hi, I started running for fitness last year. Ran three times a week. About 30 minutes' run a day. I'd like to join a local 5k race in Nov, so I began to run on track a month ago. The fastest time I got so far is 27'54''. A typical time split between laps (12.5 laps) are as below.

9/1/200602'12''02'13''02'15''02'17''02'15''02'18''02'23''02'22''02'22''02'32''02'25''02'22''00'52''

Seems I'm easily short of breath after two laps. Since last week I added interval training - 6x400 with each 400 less than 2 minutes. Still sounds pretty slow when I compare my time with others. Am I training right? Your comments/suggestions are much appreciated. BTW, I'm 1.73 meter tall, weighted 69kg. Almost aged 28. My goal is to finish 5k under 25 minutes in Nov.

How would they resurrect on the last day when tombs are expected to bring out their dead bodies? Or if I am eaten up completely by a lion and my body became nutrients in the lions body. The wastes are eaten further by maggots. How would I come out whole again on the judgement day? Christians?

and results was
that man interest in woman's look,personality,.....etc
but to women 50% of women's attraction is to man's money and power and
so is it really that you girls not so interested in man's appeariance and body?
is all what attract you in man is things like money , power , security , getting children , sense of honur,smile,personality only

but not arroused by man's body or features unlike man who attracted to all woman's body from her head to her toes and also love her spirit and soul and personality......(we are emotional , phisical, visual attracted to woman)
