If you want friends you have to "negotiate a fair deal". America does not want any fair deals with anybody.

Since when do the American's do anything easy.
You sure you want us Americans to do things the easy way??
It would be easier if when we are asked for help we would just say no. There, plain and simple, no.
Let's looks at this...
Kuwait to Americans- Hey Americans, we are being invaded by one of the most evil, murderous dictators in the world. They are killing our citizens, destroying our infrastructure and raping our women will you help us?
Americans to Kuwait- No. If we help you we may make a few enemies. Please pass our regrets along to those wmen and children though. You deal with it. Making friends is more important.
France and the rest of Western Europe to the Americans- Hey Americans, we are being invaded by this psycho from Germany who wants to conquer our countries, take all our wealth. this psycho also wants to exterminate all the Jews inside our borders. We don't have the military might to stop him. Will you help us?
Americans to France and the rest of Western Europe- Nope, you see we are taking the easy way out hoping to secure friendship with everyone so you are on your own. Oh, and heads up, forget speaking your native languages, german is going to be it our friends! By the way, lets have a group hug now.
There is that better? Is that how Americans should have handled both of those situations?

Switzerland allowed the Nazis to use their country. France is being overrun within with the extremists. And Sweden, well.......

Have you ever heard your best friend may be your woarst enemy.
America has a history of helping whenever a country needs it and later that same country will blame all its problems on the USA. When you are on top everyone tries to knock you off. Jimmy Carter tried the friendly approach and we are still suffering for that policy.

Nope, we pretty much like having enemies. Look at history from, ohhhhhhhhhhhh lets say since the cavemen. Iran hostages, Lebanon marine barracks, embassy bombing, 1st Trade Tower bombing, USS Cole bombing, Trade Towers hit by planes, Pentagon hit by plane, Flight 93. I know I missed a few. This dates back to 1979, so get the fact straight.
How do you make fricken friends with animals like this!!!!

Friends ? what country likes the U.S besides England ? They all want us dead because we work hard, have nice things, are successful, we help out other country's with massive aid at our own cost, is it a crime to love your country, work hard, and have nice things for our family's ? Is it our fault that the Arab world is so impossible to deal with that the world does NOT want to do business with them ?
