I mean we are not even familiar, people keep telling me that is wrong to go out with the daughter of my cousin, why? Is not incest because she is not my sister or iven my cousin, so what is wrong with me going out with her? My roommate and I signed a lease contract together and we still have 9 more months to go. She was having car trouble and decided she can't pay rent anymore. She found another place to live. She then went to the landlord behind my back and the landlord breached the contract and let her out. Now I'm stuck either in this house or kicked out of the house depending on rather I want to pay the whole rent by myself. Is this legal? What is a contract worth these days? I want to know what my rights are and what I can do to protect myself in this situation. I called my landlord and she refused to have a meeting with me... "there is no use trying to squeeze blood out of a turnip..." is what she told me. I don't want to be the victim in this situation, can anyone help me out?

My husband spilled gear oil on the passenger side floor board of my car. You can't see it cause my interior is dark wine. But the SMELL is aweful. I have tried Dawn and Tide with hot water, WD40, and carpet cleaner. I thought I had it. I was wrong. Please help me it is so bad i can taste it when i get in.

I had a GUY send me some instant messages last night asking if i would like to travel bout 50-60 miles so we could have sex! I almost puked on ma self!!! What kinda people do that stuff?
