Yes I agree.You can do window shopping so that you can know the prices of the goods may be you are intending to purchase in future time.

Hell no don't shop with out money ,one if your talking about stealing....you won't be able to wear your tight gear in jail!
Two if you are talking about the main money game of swipping you hefty free money my a** credit card, then thats just as crazy, because fancy gear but no closet to put it in because you can't pay your rent....crazier!
Have a budjet and Pay in cash honey, its yours, and you don't have to spend all your time fretting about debt, jail or crap, instead you can be out living it up.
