can someone give me estimates on this...I cant really find many sites comparing the 2 and when one should be used over the other. I figured the only reason to use a flask would be if you need to stopper it and mix. And im not sure about their percisions.

Question 2. Examine a 250 mL beaker available in your drawer. Compare the precision of these pieces
of equipment with that of a graduated cylinder, pipette and buret. What is the maximum precision that can
be achieved by using the beaker and the flask? (example: nearest 10 mL, nearest 1 mL, nearest 0.1 mL,
nearest 0.01 mL etc). When should a beaker or Erlenmeyer flask be used to measure volumes?

Nearly everyone drinks alcohol It is supposed to be so much more shocking to take drugs. But a medical book I read a long time ago makes the point that alcohol is just a type of drug in liquid form. And what is so terrible to want to feel a bit of happiness in this sad, scary world? Not all people kill or go crazy on drink or drugs, plenty of idiots do it anyway.People who have a drink seem to think they are more virtuous because so called government leaders decree that only drug takers are "bad".It is all mind altering stuff anyway....

I just met a great guy this weekend! I'm so excited. He suggested that we fly to Vegas and get married by a justice of the peace but I wanted to get married in the church again.

So, we are going to Vegas next weekend and will get married there. Do you know of a good Christian church in Vegas where we can get married?

Cross your fingers for me! Hopefully this one will last!

What are the long-term effects that someone with cerebral ataxia (caused by an underdeveloped cerebellum) could expect to encounter? Conditions (general lack of balance and difficulty with some speech) currently do not seem to be changing for the better or worst, although patient thinks they are getting worse. Patient is approximately 30 years of age. Is a "normal" lifespan probable? Thanks!

I have a 1998 Subaru Forester S with 150,000 miles on it. The engine just died this weekend (blown head gasket apparently). According to the mechanic who looked at it (someone I don't know as this happened while I was away for the weekend), the engine has a lot of aluminum in it and so gets damaged easily if it overheats, which it did.

With this many miles on it, I'd probably just let the car go, rather than spend probably about $2K to replace the engine BUT I just put a bunch of money into it two months ago for a new fuel tank, sensors and lines, new rear struts and new pistons for the rear hatch. Plus four brand-new tires. So if I decide just to junk the car, that money is pretty much down the toilet.

Any opinions on whether or not it's worth replacing the engine? The body's in good shape and I had the clutch replaced a couple of years ago.
