right then, get your heads around this. luke 21:24 says jerusalem(representing true worshippers of God) would be trampled on by the nations until the appointed time is fulfilled. jerusalem was destroyed in 607bce begining that time period. daniel 4:23-25 is a prophecy with a double meaning. initially it refered to nebuchadnezzer, but it also refers to Gods kingdom. the scripture speaks of 7 times passing over. so 7 times will pass over from 607bce to the coming of Gods kingdom. revalation 12:6,14 can be used to see that 3 and a half times is 1260 days. so 7 times is 2520 days. nothing happened 2520 days after 607 bce, but if we use the 'day for a year' principle found innumbers 14:34 and ezekial 4:6, that is 2520 years. 2520 years after 607 bce is 1914.
so if Gods kingdom began ruling in 1914, we would expect the signs of christs presence (matthew 24:3-14) to be seen. plus, revalation 12:9 explains why bad things happen. talk to jehovahs witnesses. they know a thing or two.
