friends car. She called me and was like the next time you leave a note in my car for him I will kick your ***. I know where you live and work. I did *69 and she's like You can't see him anymore unless I am with him not even for 5 minutes cause it's us now not just him but us. We've been together for 8 months now. I think they are both on drugs (literally) That's the main reason why we broke up because he did drugs and I didn't and he got tired of hiding them from me and lying to me about where the money was going ect.. Anyways hi girlfriend is like We will go to your house and give you the divorce papers together because he is divorcing you. That was over a year ago. Although I have not talked to him I have not recieved divorce papers yet. The papers only cost two dollars to obtain. He has my e-mail and knows where I work. Any theories on why his dumb *** hasn't divorced me if he is so happy with his new druggie woman. And she is so insistant that we are divorced.

I don';'t do drugs Larry. HE does drugs. And I didn't even know until we were together for 9 months. He kept saying he would stop and I think he even did for a while but he eventually lost the war I guess.

You don't have to know where he lives to divorce him. So why are you not filing for divorce.

Take him to the cleaners. That will teach his girl friend a lesson. You would be kicking them where it hurts in the pocket book.

Oh for all you out there you can sue hubbies girlfriends. Talk to a lawyer. It has to do with affections with a married person. Not many people know of it but it is against the law to mess with a married person.

Why on EARTH would you let this situation go on for 2 years. Firstly, call a lawyer and get a free consultation.......it will only take your TIME and you will get the answers you need. If you are still legally married then I'm sure you must have something you can hold over him, something that's in both your names. Someone like him (and her) will go on like they are, spending their money on drugs, not caring if they ever get married or not......UNLESS you make his life miserable somehow.........you may have rights to anything he has or half........therefore you could somehow make things so that he'll WANT to divorce you. You should save the money for the divorce......find out what it costs. Living like you are is insane. talk to an attorney immediately.

Do yourself a favor. Get your own divorce and do it now. If he's so into drugs and the psycho biitch he will not do anything so legal anytime soon. In the meantime he wraps his car around a tree you are still married to him and become a party to his twisted legal life. Its obvious that he does not want to come back put an end to this and move on. You've waited for his sanity to return long enough.

He won't divorce u because most men who cheat on their wives really have no intentions of leaving them because of time invested in their marriage. But more importantly, why not get the divorce from him yourself? Right now u don't even have a marriage and I don't see the point in even staying in it.

Your husband has one foot in the door and one foot out, just "in case" he decides to come back to u when his druggie ***** isn't doing it for him anymore and only u can decide if u will take him back or not.

Contact a lawyer and explain your situation. Sometimes they can work with you if you are short on money. They also have the means to track down your husband and serve him the divorce papers.

He probably don't want to spend the money to get a Divorce, its not free you know- he needs the money for Drugs, do yourself a favor Divorce him, cite his drug use, and abandonment, and demand some payment for cost of Divorce, its his fault.

Hellooooo!!!!! Why are you waiting for him to divorce you? Think about it, you are actually waiting for an irresponsible drug addict to have a lucid thought about taking care of business. It will never happen. You need to file your own papers and have him served. Why are you still trying to hang on to this man? Who can't be that desperate. You need to move on.

Why don't you divorce him yourself? He sounds like someone I wouldn't want to be associated with and in addition its time for you to start a life without him..

I believe there is such a thing called abandonment in a marriage. You might want to check into that, you may be able to file for divorce under that. Good luck.
