How can I remove synchronization from a movie?

I have some movies and want to remove the synchronization of the movies.
Is there any software to do that? And how?

The movies have russian synchronization or somthing like that. The original sound is still heard.

if they are hollywood movies than no,these are synchronised during the recording of light onto film.
