How do you find out who nominated you? Is it just some cosmetic set-up to get you to buy stuff?

Singlish itself means: Singaporean english. A mixed up language between english, mandarin, fookien, malay, indian, etc. Though i'm not speaking singlish but i'm now here in Singapore. I just want to know what do you think? thanks

At my work we are fighting to get a attendance policy in writting. People are being written up after some miss 3 days some 2 and some even 4 days. We want to make sure everyone is getting the same treatment, with writeups/suspensions.

I can see the companys point, (use this as an example) If they tell everyone that they can call in 2 days in a 4 month period and not get introuble, people will take advantage of it because there is no disciplinary action. Anyone have any suggestions?

This is extremely important for me to find an answer. Also the company I work for says they are using an attendance policy they just do not want anyone to know the specifics of it ie...days missed with no action/days missed with writeup/days missed with suspension. Thanks again

An video intructor on RH was saying that the named.conf should only be modified by redhat-config-bind and that any by-hand customizations should be made to named.custom. What's the downside of modifying named.conf by hand? I've done that all time in Solaris and BSD. Thanks.

Not the people just the country.Since we tell everyone what to do anyone the US should just say ok no more Israel you guys are the real murdering terrorists.You guys killed hundreds of thousands of Palestinians and stole their land and are religious fanatics much like in Iran so you go bye bye. Just completely give the land back to the Palestinians and let the Palestinians do to the Israelis what the Israelis did to them. Five minutes to leave their homes at gunpoint.Just get rid of Israel and alot of problems would go away.
