ok, people tell me i should ask this guy out... but I dont want to ask him out. i want him to ask me out. i am waaaayyy to shy to do it. how do i make him want to ask me out?

jus be yourself thats all you can be. i understand your shy so dont let ure guard down unless u have an understanding that he likes you 2. its not nice 2 get rejected. play it cool. have a lil flirt here and there u know lol! the more time u spend with him the more chance he has of wanting to go out with you. maybe drop a hint sayin how u really want 2 c a film or go 2 a restaurant and if he likes u he might end up saying ok fancy going this weekend? dont forget friends make great couples aswell so if u can have a nice chat wif him and look liek your interested in his stuff he will love you! good luck!

Well, if you really like him like that; ask him. He might be like you and shy his self. Then what? You both miss out an opportunity. Take charge, just ask or start of with a conversation that can lead to "Well how about lunch to discuss this a little more"; nothing can go wrong with that. good Luck!

Go ahead and be bold, ask him out for a soda, coffee, drink ( if you're old enough). But make it a 30 minute or 1 hour thing. That will let him know you're interested, and leave him a window to ask YOU out for a longer date.

give him a note or just ask him to ask you. He may be on the shy side a bit too. He might really want to but just be afraid of you rejecting him so just go ahead and give him a little inspiration.

be nice to him. be real as a friend. show interest when he tell stories... be thoughtful.. you know, some guys melt with that. there's something in being thoughtful that touches the man's heart.
and maybe, you can tell him "i just want to know you more. you're such a nice man." that would trigger something at the back of his mind.
