I havent ran since i did high school track.....was pretty good.....But i have had 2 kids since then im not over weight just out of shape.....what do i need to do to start jogggin again....I know i shouldnt just go out and run 2 miles that could hurt my body not help it.....also know of any good running shoes lately?....Also it rains here alot in the winter.....but i still want to run do i need a certain shoe for that?

Okay so im nine weeks pregnant and my last doctor visit was on the 6, i go to the doctor again wed. A couple of weeks ago i was really feeling the pregnany thing, boobs were sore, i was feelin nauses(sp?), peeing alot, the whole nine yards, but now im not feeling all of those anymore. I feel alot more nauses though and ive had gas. I havent been bleeding, infact i never noticed the implantion bleeding when it happend. Im scared im not pregnant anymore. am i just whillin? Has this ever happened to anyone out there.

My son said some very cute things at a very young age!!! my son at 5 weeks old said....... "Hi!!!!" and was grinning ear to ear at all the nurses at the doctor's office and Flirting it seemed like very smart boy!!!!

And his secounds he learnded where "i u " and it was only a week or two after the Hi was spoken and it took me a little while to figure out he was saying I love you the only way he could I know it is cz I never spoke to him In baby lang.,.... why do ppl do tjis so dumb we want are child too learn to talk right and we say som,e dumb stuff like gaa gaa gooo goo and expect are kid to learn How to talk I always talk in clear lang and expect that he would sooner or later pick up what I was saying and he was had clear lang too at two and half years he had his first full sentance!!! my dad said too him lets go of here and My son said " I don't want to" and my dad was shocked but said lets do it any way and my son said ok!!!!
