All pregnancies are different and symptoms come and go differently, I wouldn't worry. I never noticed any implantation bleeding either, I am on my second pregnancy.

Majority of the symptoms go away after the first 12 weeks of pregnancy if you're lucky and you may just be a lucky one. If you had had a miscarriage unfortunately you'd know. (A lot of cramping and bleeding even after that short of time) There are medications that can be prescribed for the nausea that are perfectly harmless if you ask your doctor but what I found was best was just eating unsalted crackers and drinking lots of water. As far as the gas goes, try to stay away from the foods you find trigger it for the time being and reintroduce them to your diet later if thats the way you want to go. But unfortunately, gasiness is another "great" symptom of being pregnant. Good luck and God Bless you and your unborn in the future!

Just about every pregnant woman goes through this. It's normal to have times when you just don't feel pregnant. When I was about 7 months pregnant with our daughter I even felt that way for a while!

If you're concerned about something, give your doctor a call. It's part of his job to listen to your concerns and address them. Tell him how you're feeling. I'm sure he'll tell you the same as I've told you here, but things like this sometimes sound better coming from a doctor.

Good luck!

i felt pregnant at first and then i didn't feel pregnant for a while, but now that the baby is moving really good i feel pregnant. I do know what you are talking about, every thing will be fine, don't worry. Worrying isn't good for mom or baby.

I wouldnt be concerned if I were you... your symptoms will change and come and go all through yuor pregnancy. If you miscarried there would be heavy bleeding, somewhat worse than your normal period. Best thing right now is to try to relax, and see your Dr as scheduled.

It is just a part of pregnancy. You arent far into your pregnancy so enjoy the days you have without any signs.

you should be fine, just speek with your doc at your next appointment. If you lost the baby you'd probably be bleeding.
