I’ve included links below to a free clinic directory, the Bureau of Primary Health Care that can help you locate country and state health departments, and a page listing Medicaid state sites. Also, the last page has links to state and federal health care programs. Health insurance is usually less expensive as part of group health plan, so you should try and find work that will help you pay for health insurance. When you can afford your own private plan, try MostChoice.com. You can look up free insurance rates and talk with more than one local insurance agent. There’s no cost or obligation to buy anything from anyone, and you might be surprised to find that insurance is more affordable than you think. Some plans are $60 a month and include preventive care such as routine doctor visits.
You can visit MostChoice here: http://www.mostchoice.com/health-insurance.cfm
Hope this helps,

Free clinics won't be able to do much about that other than give you a few pain killers. They can tell you if it's severe enough to go to a real doctor (if you're a guy, it's only going to cost $26/month for insurence).
Look in the phone books, and call ahead for an appointment. I went there to have some stitches removed, and they don't even ask whether you have insurence. They don't need to know. Some people chose to go there, even if they have insurence. They won't turn you away if you do have insurence.

Check your local health department services. They have free and sliding scale services.
Also be sure to go to free health fairs that hospitals or health groups put on. You can get all kinds of tests done at no charge and then take the results to a Dr or health department for follow up.

If you are in the US....Try the county hospital. If you can prove you have a financial need you can get low cost or no cost coverage. You can also try one of those dental/health plans ( I know your teeth don't hurt, but its a package deal) Ameriplan offers lower cost ($11.95 a month) coverage for coverage of up to 80% of the upfront costs that they pay before you have to pay anything. Prexisting conditions are not an issue either. You get dental perscription and chiropactic, and vision.
They are not the only gig in town. There are other health plan providers you can get cheap or at low cost. AmeriPlan is about the cheapest is why I suggested them. I added a link to them below

Go by the local health department and ask for help. They usually can give you numbers and places to go to help with health insurance coverage. Nothing medical is usually 100 per cent free... Even if you can get medical help for minimal price, your medications and testing will cost U. I wish you luck !!!
Try home remedies such as hot and cold packs 20 min on and 20 mins off, alternating between hot and cold. Ibuprofen is good for pain but use it with caution and only when U really need it. Back brace can help you to stabolize your back to give it more support.

yes there are. Look in the government section of your phone book for a State Health clinic. You would go there..fill out some financial paperwork to prove your unable to pay, and the state will pick up the tab(minus any deductable if they feel you can pay something) if you qualify.

Look in your local phone book. If not then maybe you should look into getting some type of insurance. If you are not able to get insurance from your employer then look into something offered from your state or county.
