last october i had a "lateral release" surgery done on my knee, which is a procedure where they slice the tendon around the knee to release some of the preasure on the knee-cap. It was great all last winter, but its starting to get bad again, ive been taking pain meds and i dont want to keep resorting to that and end up with stomach or kindey problems later...ive been in and out of physical therapy for years, both before and after the surgery and it doesnt help. the doctor the preformed my surgery now has an office in SC and im in PA...what should i do?? Please give me some options because im tired of being in pain all the time...knee replacement is out of the question because im only 22

he told me he was going to go to canada. he didnt call me the whole weekend. i thought he is having fun so dont let it bother you. but on monday i go to his house to see him and i knew he was home. i called his cell phone his house knocked on his window rang the door bell. and there was no answer. so i get in my car and then i hear somone in the garage. so i get out again and then i hear a door in the house shut. i know he was home and his parents were at work but even if they wernt they would answer the door. so then i finally get ahold of him and he tells me that he didnt go to canada. he suddenly had to get off the phone. he said he would call me back. he never did. he tells me he needs me and he loves me but i think he was just liying. some one help me understand.

my cousins live in costa rica n one time i visited them n they had this drink called "Noni" n i drank sum n it was the nastiest crappiest sh*t i ever tasted. it was bitter n sour n the flavor stayed in ur mouth. it was brown n lumpy n smelled sooooo bad, it looked like diarreah, n tasted like it too. supposely its supposed to make u healthier n live longer, but i think it just kills u quicker. anyone know wat im talkin about? they sell it in costa rica

I know I asked this already, but I didn't get many answers last time, so I'm posting again. I'm really bad at reading signs and I'm way too shy to ask him, so please help. Here are some details. He's been asking me what I've been doing over the summer and if I have any plans, but he doesn't ask me to do anything with him. Also, he's been sending me emails about how he's been really bored and has nothing to do and how he can't wait to see me once school starts...We are both way too shy to ask the other out both online and off... so that's not happening. we aren't together and I don't want him back but obviously we have to have contact for our childs sake but I can't bear to speak to or see him due to the lies/psychological abuse in the relationship (we have bare minimum contact via text and email and he collects/drops child to Nursery on Access days) I feel that if I don't force myself to forgive him and have a basic civil relationship, I won't move on in my life or be a better person - it's really hard. Any advice would be welcomed.
