I have some friends coming this weekend for Labor Day. I'd like to pick up some alcohol to make the ladies some "girly" drinks.

What are the best alcohols to have to make the most different types of girly drinks and what would those drinks be? I can research the mixtures online... I just don't know what they like to drink considering I'm a Scotch and Guinness man.

I'm looking for a first dance song that is slightly more metal or rock then classic ballads. Any suggestions? My financee and I like bands such as Opeth, Lacuna Coil, Iron Maiden, etc he tends to listen to much harder and faster stuff to so I want to have a song that is symbolic of of love for music.

I hope you understand me, it's a phenomenon that most often occur in knitted materials, as if some lint/thread form tiny, tiny sometimes hard "balls", due to having washed the garment too hard or due to fricion, I don't know. There is even a little device one can buy with which one can remove them, but I can't for the life of me remember what these dots, or "balls" are called! Can anyone help, please?

I've read some articles about a problem with hybrids which the process used to make and dispose the batteries for these cars is just as bad for the enviornment as oil production. Plus what the power companies burn up making the extra energy to charge your car at night is worse then what your average car burns off every day in gasoline. Is there any truth to any of this? Or was this just gas company propoganda.

For example: "I'm going to Walmarts."
I've notice the same thing for Target, and virtually any other major store.
Some stores do have an S at the end, Dominick's, Walgreens, Papa John's Pizza etc. So I wonder if its some psychological need to standardize.
