I'm tempted to laugh, but you seem young and so I would feel guility If I did not give you a serious answer. No, you cannot get pregnant by masturbating during your period (or at all).
Only if a man's sperm goes in your Vagina and unless there is a man's sperm on your fingers or you have unprotected Sex with a man (Which at your age you shouldn't have at all) You cannot get pregnant from just masturbating on your own.

Masturbation will not cause pregnancy! Doesn't matter if you are on your period or not. You need a male's sperm (the white/clear stuff coming out of his penis) to enter your body (through your vagina) to become pregnant.

No you can't get pregnant while masturbating but if you have sex while on your period there is still a slim chance you can get pregnant.
