Alright, first ill tel ya aout myself. Im 14, 5'11 n like 7/8 or t ocall it even 6'0. I weight around 160 lbs. I wouldnt say im fit, but not fat. You see, i got a belly and some excess pudge under my chin i wanna eliminate. Alright, if I run, bike ride, and swim weekly, and work out on the weight set 3 times a week for 20 mins each, alos, do my sit ups and push ups. What is the earliest time that I would start seeing results and how long would it take for me to get nice tone 6 pack, a nice strong chest, arms, and forearms an deltiods n stuff. Ive talked about working out forever, and i really want to do it, im just kinda lazy you know, so does anyone out there have any good motivation they use to work out? Please now, no bs answers, i dont come on here to get answers like "couple months" and thats it. Thank you all!
