Yes but its OK to shoot a cow FROM a rocket launcher, as long as its a stunt-cow & it donates any fee to a deprived community.

Don't see how it can help.

either slaughter the cow if it's for meat, that way you collect all the blodd and can use that for cooking! Or if you're talking about keeping it away from crops then tether it!

Either way waste of a good rocket!

There are easier and cheaper ways to help deprived communities.
