this question was inspired by a answer i saw earlier ......
in a male dominated sport would u support or belive in a woman doing the job ?

If you are talking about American football, I do not believe that a woman's mind totally grasps the strategies and logic of the game. Surely the player's would not have the same kind of respect for a female manager that they have for a male. She wouldn't be allowed to even go into the locker room with them at half-time to go over strategies for the upcoming half. Most, if not all, American football managers have played the game and know what they are talking about. It is instilled in them. They eat, sleep, live, and breathe football. A woman's mind on the other hand, is too complex. They gotta question every little detail, and if something goes wrong, they stew over it for months. And what would happen if she would break a nail while the game was being played? Heaven forbid!!! Call a timeout!!!! Cut to commercial!!!!
On the other-hand, if you are talking about soccer, which the rest of the world calls football, let them have female managers. It is a game for wimps.

I would say the only problem would come if the woman has no experience herself as a footballer, but then the same applies to men trying to manage a football team. Also it depends upon what level they are managing at....

Half the teams I lose to are managed by women, and half the teams I beat are managed by men.

Oh of course the super race known as women. They can be drivers, miners, road sweepers, farmers, electricians, plumbers, house builders etc.
They don't need men cos they are better than nature!
One thing they cant do!!!!!!..........

people need to change their negative atitudes they have towards women,a woman can do what a man can do, its just a matter of believing in one self,and working upon achieving that goal,so yes a woman can manage a football team....

why not my sister coaches a male football team, i mean real football Aussie rules in Northampton in w.a. she also does sports medicine on the big boys
