I dont know y but i cant wake up by an alarm clock. i guess i am a really heavy sleeper but idk. even if i set my alarm clock to the loudest setting it still doesnt wake me up. is there anything i can do or get that will wake me up on time in the moring?

Please i want an honest answer i have been addicted by PORN for almost 4 months, its getting really BAD i have been looking at all kind of PORN ON NET, i mean the EXTREME PORN where there is no censoring. when I Started watching porn later only i found out that i could manstrubate with it. SO now I HAVE TWO ADDICTION MANSTRUBATION and PORN last WEEK i read about effects of PORN and MANSTRUBATION on your SEXUAL LIFE and I HAVE decided to STOP it!! its now been a week and I WILL NEVER WATCH ANY PORN OR MASTRUBATE , never. SO i just wondering HOW long will it take for me to forget all these images before i became normal again (person who has not been exposed to extreme porn) . I have no girlfriend but i want to get one when i get 18,by the way no one knows that this is happening its only me. I have been doing all these stuff secretly i wouldnt even tell my friend about it. Every one thinks i am the last person in the world to look porn and all that stuff ,Fact is I am not. Im 16yrs old

I want to start dating again but have some issues. Such as where do you meet someone with out it being some where that you get in trouble such as a bar ect., i am also self conscious of my weight as i weight 205lbs 5ft 4in tall but proportional. I dont leave the house much. My income is limited, or low income, really budgeted trying to get disability. Many issues here. Age 32. What do you all think and suggest here with all of this...what positive hope and advise do you have for me...

What is the logic of saying " Oh, it's different, it must be wrong. " ?
If everyone was jumping off a cliff, would you do it too??? They say that when lots of people are doing stuff they don't like, but when only a few people are, they say oh, it's different so it must be wrong. Can someone make sense of this?
