Look under their tail. a boy cat will have a anus, a girl cat will have an anus and a slit below the anus. This is the opening for the vagina and urinary tract. Male kittens do not have balls yet. They will pop out around 6 months or later. Good luck!

To tell if your kitten is male or female, you will need to lift the tail and look at the back end. Both sexes will have two holes but on a female the holes will be fairly close together, whereas on a male there will be a space where the testicles will develop.

how funny, i have a story.
once upon a time (about 2 years ago) i had a fluffy cat. she was so cute and fluffy so we named her sophie. then my little brother couldn't say that so we named her molly instead.
when we went to the vet, we said that it was a girl and her name was molly. the vet tech came out and said are you sure its a girl??
my mom answered no, but she looks just like one.
so the vet tech flipped poor molly upside down and said yup i think this molly is and ollie, but ask the vet to look too.
sure enough, little miss molly was a lil mr ollie.
but ya, it'll have little things, and if it is grown up then it'll spray

look for little kitty balls. if they have little kitty balls, it's a boy. if no little kitty balls are found, then it's a girl.
