Just get some nerves up and ask him to lik pizza or a movie.or just over to hang-out.and talk to him and at the end of the night say let's doin something else a different day and whileu guys r talkin tell him how you feel.

Right well the way I would do it is simply flirt outrageously with him then he can't resist but ask you.Then that way you know that you won't get turned down cos you didn't put yourself out there.Good luck girlie!!
