Yesterday I inquired with a MGR from our sister branch my company has in the same building I in if it would be feasible to seek a transition to their branch. The MGR said he was fine with it & I told him I'd let him know if I wanted to move over to his branch on Mon.
Seems Iike he ran this request to his MGR, the DM, & he notified my manager of my request.
She asks me to go into her office, where she begins to complain that I should have asked her first & that I if I'm so unhappy I should "man up" & resign. Then she said the DM was not going to honor that request, due to subpar production #s, which I admit aren't as strong as they should be, but no written or verbal mention of this was recently made to me. She also said they suspected I along with another loan officer was brokering out leads, but that's false. I didn't resign & left.
Fiften minutes later she said in light of my request to be transferred they viewed it as me seeking other employment and fired me. Case?

i'm drawing a picture of a danelion gone to seed already in the air...meaning its not in the ground still...its blowing in the wind...what would be a good background for this.....could i add something to it to make it more unique..or..different...i am not sure of what else to do...its for my art class...

Not metaphorically but actually be in heaven right now and still breathe? Is part of me already there? Can I pull my idea of heaven from my mind into the right-here/right-now? How would this work?
Also, do the heaven(s?) connect?
Just a thought I had on the drive home.

I have been wearing my hair perm free for 2yrs. The perms were thinning my hair. My hair is very thick, however the length is pretty much the same. Maybe It have grown 2 inches. I think it should be much longer.

Well this boy that I really like used to like me back in 8th grade (he sat in front of me in LA for two semisters) and now we're freshman in high school, but unfortunately he's not in any of my classes. However, we still see each other at breakfast and at lunch. What I wanna know is does he still like me? Last week, he was walking really fast to the lunch room and I was way far behind him but when he turned around and saw me behind him, he slowed down slow enough that I eventually ended up walking right next to him, when I got the courage to walk up next to him in and talk to him, I walked so close to him, our arms were practically rubbing against each other and he didn't try to move away, and whenever I say hi to him he sometimes says it so quietly I can barely hear him but he blushes as well. Last year he said he wasn't quite ready for a girlfriend, yet, he told his friend to tell me he liked me. If he still likes me, should I ask him out?

theres this guy at my school.. and he started writing myspace comments to me. saying how.. he thinks im cute and that we should hang out sometime. so one day i went to his party. i got pretty drunk and he kinda took advantage of me. but in a way maybe i was being a tease. so the next few days at school were so akward.
