start then run then type in "msconfig" ok then goto startup and disable all restart ur pc then if this didnt fix it goto it again and enable all

If this just started doing this it is probable due to some new software you've installed or modified. Uninstall that program and this should solve the problem. The next time you see the error try to record more information about the name of the program or file so it will be easier to identify the file.

I've never heard of a Softwrap error. If you've got a HP computer - get on a chat with them and they'll walk you through it. Hope this helps.
