My friend has a perment and is learning how to drive. Im 20 right now and i only have liability, What happen if she hit someone, is it consider my fault eventhough shes driving, and since she doesnt have insurance, would my insurace cover her or would i have to legally pay ALL THE DAMAGE she made?

It is estimated the infection will spread to your area in 12 hours. What would be the first thing you do? I was outside at this party and a guy was smoking a pipe and acting all weird, I asked him what he was smoking and he said "marijuana soaked in diesel". Why would anyone soak something in diesel and light it on fire? Especially when they are inhaling it. Has anyone heard of this before?
