Humans are indeed a selfish lot. They want the best for themselves when they are alive. They plunder Earth and cause mayhem to Mother Nature because of over-consumerism and power-grabbing (economic power, political power, military power & even religious-power) resulting in over-pollution, ozone-layer depletion and other man-made disasters like religious wars& terrorism.
After commiting all the above excesses/crimes they want to enjoy perpetual bliss when they are dead! (i.e. "heaven" for the theists).
Humans forget that they are not the only "intelligent" living-things on planet Earth. Do humans ever bother to reason that the animals they "murder" for food or religious sacrifices (viz, cows, pigs, sheep, dogs, deer, whales, dolphins,etc) are actually very intelligent animals? In fact research has shown that many of them are more intelligent than humans!

hi im basically 5 foot 8 guy. and i desperately want to grow taller. right now i have tried many things to grow taller, like drink more milk and get more sleep and so on and other aerobic exercises. but i just wanna know can jogging help u grow taller, it may sound like a silly question but doesnt running strenghten and stretch your legs therefore making them bigger in length. is that not possible??

I'm moving out of my apartment--err, I did, yesterday. I lived there with two other guys for a year. Anyways, the landlord told me that he's missing rent for two months from Jordan, one of our "apartmates." Only him, those two checks. The landlord says he can withhold our security rent that we paid at the beginning of lease. We signed contracts individually, we paid rent individually, and we paid the security deposit individually. Can the landlord withhold all of our security deposits just because of one apartmate?
