If you have already done your growing then the chances are you are not going to get taller, I'm sorry to say. 5' 8 is not too short and it is far more unattractive to have a complex about your height than to be short. Accept your height and people will like you any way. I know it is easy for me to say at 6'1 but i have met guys who are comfortable at 5'1 who are much more attractive than ones who are 5'11 and wish they were over 6'0 tall

>>>* Hey What's up Man, my friends call me Skippy. I know RIGHT where you are now, as I was once there, and I can tell you first hand that it is ABSOLUTELY possible to grow in height after you thought you were done growing forever. Perhaps my own story could be of some help to you...
My family has been in the aviation business since the 1960's. There has been pilots, engineers, baggers, stewards, and of course stewardesses. I never really had much of an interest in piloting or working as an engineer, but I LOVE the sky, and being on airplanes. I had already traveled to 12 different countries by the age of 21. So for me, being a Steward(flight attendant) was always my dream job. The only problem, however, is that there are height requirements for safety reasons. As I was exceptionally short in height- my college degree, and qualified resume meant nothing. I was denied my first job as a flight attendant because I was about 2 inches short of their requirements. This absolutely devastated me. I thought my dream had gone out the window. I was also embarrassed, it was sort of like not being able to get on a ride at an amusement park because I was too small. Which has actually happened to me, btw. Lol. But this was worse, this was my dream career, and future at stake.
At this point, I began scowering the web for help. First I tried seeing if there was a way, some way, to get around the height requirement mandated by airliners. The answer was a big fat NO. Once I had determined there was no way around it, I started feeling hopeless, and desperate. THAT'S when I started looking into the seemingly ridiculous idea that you could continue growing, even after you were finished with puberty. So, after hours and hours of research, reading countless reviews and testimonials, I did come across one website - http://www.growtall.pcti-system.com .. A natural height-growth program that caught my eye. Setting my inherent skepticism aside for a moment, I signed up for the site. Now, fast forward a few months after learning and utilizing all the material and support in the program, I actually grew 3 INCHES! That's no lie. Dead serious. I have since re-applied for the job I would have otherwise gotten if I had met the height requirement. They don't even believe me, lol! They have not set me up for another interview, but that's Ok. If not them, I will have my dream job soon with another airliner as this time I won't have to worry about coming up short. No pun intended! lol.
Anyways, I hope my story was of some help to you, and I wish you the best!

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.
Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aL1bM , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

You have not mentioned how old you are....
Basically, there are many things on our body which we can change or alter.... but you Height isnt one of them!!!
I am 5ft 7", and it use to bother me one time... but today, I am quite happy being this height.
As far as Im aware, the only way you can alter your height is by operation.... which involves breaking your leg bones and inbetween is added with metal type rods... which will make you taller. I am not 100% with this information.. but it is a guide. Not something I would recommend but many midgets have done this and have grown at least half a foot... some maybe more than that.
Be proud of your height.....
All the best!!!

if it made you grow taller i would be 8 feet tall now
....
i use to be a long distance runner ( 25 miles or more ) and trained for this for years have been 6 ft. 1 inch ever since i was 16 .... so running has nothing to do with growing taller

I actually used the program that "Skippy" person speaks of. It really does work. That same website, http://www.growtall.pcti-system.com .. I played basketball in college, and I used that to gain a couple in height. A total of 2.5 inches. After that, it seemed to plateau though. I could not gain any more than 2 1/2, no matter how hard I tried. But those inches really gave me an advantage in my games. Well worth it.

You won't get taller from jogging. Sorry.
You might get leaner and look taller.
There isn't much you can do to make yourself taller, no matter what other people are going to tell you.

It strengthens the legs even though it compacts the the backbone from the consistent jarring. So it rather is going to easily make you decrease. Do stretching workouts for the lower back like pull united statesand arm hangs issues to that impact
